Silence Still Equals Death

World Aids Day

I am trying to live in calm and peace. But, some days, staying in Love and Light, so difficult. Living in a world in which it is okay to murder people of color, to rape, to hoard wealth while people die every day of starvation — hard to stay in Love and Light. And I have been furious since the 1980’s, when AIDS happened, and this country, Ronald Reagan at the forefront, watched us die. Watched. Us. Die. And didn’t do a thing. Now, the police state and Wall Street are killing us all with impunity, and no one is doing a thing.
